WinSoCon offers compact relubrication pumps. These can be installed with minimum effort and guaranteed a continuous lubricant supply by small amounts of grease in short time intervals. This helps to prevent damages due to deficient lubrication as shown in the above pictures. Downtimes are reduced and complex repairs are avoided.

Causes of bearing failures

Further risk factors for the service life of the generator bearings are water intake and current passage. With the WinSoCon pumps the bearing is continuously supplied with a small amount of lubricant. Due to the continuous greasing, used and consumed grease quickly discharged. Damage caused by excessively aged grease is avoided.
